Blackjack Switch EV charts

In order to work out the switch decisions in Blackjack Switch for yourself you can use the six
charts below, which show the values of all the possible three-card combinations in percentage
format; a value of 57.5 (%) means that on a $100 wager you can expect to see an average win
of $57.50; a value of -39.5 (%) would mean an average loss of $39.50. The process for
calculating the switch decision is simple: locate the values of your two hands, sum them
together, then do the same for the hands that would result from switching - and chose whichever
gives the higher value. Take a look again at the example on the last page, a 14 and 15 against
dealer 7:

Referring to the charts below, we see that the value of player 14 v. dealer 7 is -35.01, and
for 15, -39.65; the sum of the two figures works out at -74.64. Switching gives 18 and 11 v. 7,
the values of which are 33.49 and 33.36 respectively, which, summed together, give +66.85.
Since +66.85 beats -74.64 by an awfully long way, switching is the correct decision.
Positive and negative values are coloured in yellow and grey respectively for greater clarity
